LSD Researcher
Art Therapist, Imagine HealthcareSarah Coleman, LCSW
Hi, Iβm Sarah, a licensed therapist. I believe therapy works best when it feels steady, honest, and collaborative. If youβre feeling stuck in patterns you canβt quite untangle, overwhelmed by anxiety, or navigating a season of change, therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of whatβs happening beneath the surface.
I draw from EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and expressive arts in my work with clients. Outside of individual therapy, I also facilitate intuition painting workshops. I tend to work less from advice-giving and more from curiosity. Together, we pay attention to what your nervous system is doing, what emotions may be getting pushed away, and what parts of you have been working hard to protect you. Often, those parts developed for good reasons. Our work is about helping them soften when they no longer need to work so hard.
For the past several years, Iβve worked as a facilitator in psychedelic clinical trials involving LSD, psilocybin, and methylone. In that role, I support participants through preparation, dosing sessions, and integration. I see psychedelic-assisted work as one way of helping people access deeper emotional material that may feel difficult to reach through conversation alone. When supported carefully, these experiences can open space for insight, emotional processing, and self-compassion. My role is to help create a safe and steady environment where meaningful healing can unfold.
I primarily work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use, identity shifts and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I value creating a space that feels affirming, grounded, and emotionally honest. You do not have to perform or have everything figured out here.
When Iβm not working, you can usually find me camping, drawing, or dancing in a forest somewhere. I love reading science fiction, playing records, and spending time with my orange cat, Bisky.
Artist, JasonBrammer.comJason Brammer
Jason Brammer is a Chicago-based visual artist whose work explores perception, transformation, and myth. For more than 20 years, his practice has ranged from intricate drawings and paintings to large-scale murals, site-specific installations, hand-painted assemblages, and wearable art.
Across a wide variety of media, Jason creates a kind of visual alchemy, using rendered light, trompe lβoeil, and painted texture to make flat surfaces appear to fold, open up, or transform into something other than what they are. Other works draw the eye inward through repetition, symmetry, rhythm, and fine detail that invites a closer look. Moving between the surreal and hyperreal, his visual vocabulary includes ocean horizons and marine life, organic forms, mythical creatures, mandalic designs, esoteric symbolism, portals, and otherworldly environments.
Jason has created commissioned work for clients including LinkedIn, Hulu, Shedd Aquarium,The Smashing Pumpkins, My Morning Jacket, and Dark Matter Coffee, and his work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. In addition to his visual art practice, Jason is a musician and will provide live musical accompaniment for Mindful Unwind, a guided movement and meditation experience led by Erin Brammer. He maintains a private storefront studio in Chicagoβs Humboldt Park neighborhood, where this event takes place.
Yoga Teacher, yogaviewErin Brammer
Erin Brammer is a Chicago-based yoga teacher whose approach is rooted in curiosity, embodied awareness, and the belief that yoga and movement should be felt rather than performed. Her alignment-informed teaching blends flowing movement with longer holds, strength-building work, mindful breath, and opportunities to explore familiar movements in new ways.
Erin began practicing yoga in 1994 while studying massage therapy and shiatsu at Heartwood Institute in Northern California, where she studied yoga in the Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions. Her own experiences with hypermobility, injury, and recovery have shaped an approach that values strength and stability as much as flexibility and encourages greater awareness, agency, and ownership of oneβs yoga practice.
Erin teaches at Yogaview in Chicago and creates collaborative experiences that bring together yoga, mindful movement, live music, art, and creative exploration. For Mindful Unwind, she will lead a short guided movement, breath, and meditation experience accompanied by live music from Jason Brammer.
Psychedelic Guide & Filmmaker, TransSirenMylee Blake
Iβm Mylee Blake, a creative producer, immersive experience designer, and multi-platform storyteller.
I started working professionally at 18, becoming the youngest Vice President in Dave & Busterβs history (at the time), and eventually found my way into film production, coordinating over $1B in feature films and commercials. The more I worked in film production, the more I wanted to break the edges of the frame and pull stories off the screen; dropping people right inside of them. Thatβs how I fell in love with immersive design, multi-sensory storytelling, and experiential event production.
My work sits at the intersection of immersive art, film, theater and augmented reality. Iβve produced multi-camera live streaming events, live virtual productions, and interactive webcasts, and built on-demand video services that are built for broadcasting to multiple platforms. Whether Iβm designing an immersive environment, directing virtual event production, or consulting on experiential design, Iβm always chasing that moment when everything; the sound, light, texture, and emotion, syncs up and feels alive.
Iβm drawn to projects that ask bigger questions. I spent time restoring the theatre at The Palace Theatre in Oakland, balancing community preservation with immersive design and ethical immersive storytelling. That process led me to develop frameworks for participant-centered immersive experiences, helping creators design alternate realities that are safe, inclusive, and transformative.
During the pandemic, my partner Jazmin Hupp and I built two opposite sanctuaries: silent meditation retreats and Rage Palace, an outdoor ritual space for women to release anger. Both were forms of immersive live event production, and both explored how collective emotion can become art, transformational, and cathartic.
Today, I blend AR, virtual event production, and immersive storytelling to create experiences that connect the physical and digital worlds. My work is about consciousness, community, and what it means to truly experience each other. In real time, across any platform.
Iβm still chasing that perfect merge of art, technology, and emotion through film production, theatrical design, and immersive experiences; one that reminds people theyβre part of the story too.
Psychedelic Community Steward, Chicago Psychedelic CommunityJazmin Hupp
Jazmin has over 20 years of psychedelic journey experience and is a daily cannabis consumer. She consults founders leading new movements in hemp, wellness, and psychedelics. She is the chief marketing officer for Jota Living, a hemp THC beverage company.
Jazmin was named a βgenius entrepreneurβ by Fortune Magazine and Forbes considers her one of the βtop businesswomenβ. In 2014, Jazmin co-founded Women Grow for female cannabis leaders. In just 3 years, she led Women Grow to connect 75,000 entrepreneurs in 60 cities and earn 6 billion media impressions. Jazmin also did the original branding of Etain Health (Medical Marijuana Dispensaries). Etain was acquired for $247 Million in 2022.
After burning out, Jazmin took 3 years βinβ. She used weekly psychedelic experiences as a gateway to meditation and neuroplasticity. This intentional rest led her to quit prescription drugs, learn to cook, and become a yoga teacher. With the help of psychedelics, Jazmin rebalanced her body, mind, and spirit to create a sustainable lifestyle (and lost 40 pounds).

Why talk about psychedelics?
Millions of people have had meaningful, healing, or life-changing psychedelic experiencesβyet many keep those stories private. Fear of judgment or professional stigma can make it difficult to speak openly about something so personal and profound.
If youβve ever wondered how to tell your mom, talk with your partner, or share your experience with a close friend without being dismissed or rejected, this event is for you.
Join our panel of speakers as they share their real-life experiences navigating conversations about psychedelics with friends, family, partners, and communities. Youβll hear different perspectives, practical strategies, and honest lessons learned about when to speak up, how to communicate thoughtfully, and how to handle skepticism or discomfort with compassion.
Whether youβre new to psychedelics or have carried these experiences quietly for years, youβll leave with greater confidence to talk about your journey in a way that feels authentic and grounded.
We believe conversations about psychedelics can reduce stigma, deepen human connection, and help create a more compassionate cultureβone that supports healing, education, and future legal access.
